[action] The Frozen Depths of Hell!
[Murray has found himself outside a lot lately, in the cold and the snow, but now it's time to take advantage of it. He is currently sitting on top of the fountain, soaked and icy. He has some little icicles forming in his eye sockets and at the back of his skull. Despite his icy situation, he seems diabolically cheery, calling out to random people passing by.]
Beware my frozen sockets of doom! This land will be smothered in the winters of death! Beware! Turn back! Turn back! Before the frozen depths of hell envelop you! [And other such threatening comments.]

Ahhh, Terrify the Swabbie. We'd take turns and during the day or night. Night was best, but day was more challenging, we would each try to scare him! Bwahahaha! The looks on that sap's face!
"Aieee! Don't hurt me!" "What's that? What's that?!" Sob sob.

There aren't any swabbies around here anyway, so we'll have to think of a different game.

[and for a self-proclaimed hater of scary things, she certainly likes to tease and terrorize others enough. Good-naturedly only, of course.] Then who goes first?
late somewhat by accident, sorry!

It started on Melee Island. Screams could be heard in the middle of the night, bone chilling, blood curdling wails of terror! And the next morning, pirates were missing. Nothing remained except some blood and scraps of skin. Even the most fearsome pirate cowered in his home quivering with fear!
Some pirates tried to escape to their ships, but those ships never left port...
[He pauses ominously, clearly waiting for a reaction.]

[this is probably not the reaction he's hoping for.]

Finally, one pirate, Blood Eye had had enough. He left the safety of his home and waited outside for whatever terrible being was killing the other pirates.
Blood Eye was huge pirate, with arms like tree trunks and covered in scars from past battles. He waited with his cutlass and before long he saw it.

It bore down on him slavering from its giant fanged maw. Flecks of blood trickled down teeth as long as Blood Eye's arms. Giant bat like wings sprouted from its spiky back! A sickening darkness stinking of brimstone and blood trailed from it. Its eyes glowed red in the dark.
But there was more. Behind the beast, Blood Eye saw familiar shapes! The shapes of the missing pirates. They shambled toward him, flesh hanging from their bones, some of the missing limbs, one was headless, and another trailed his own guts.
Blood Eye was powerless to stop them. The fiend overpowered him and shredded him apart. Blood Eye lived to his name. The next morning a single bloody eye was found.
There were none left with even a sliver of a chance to stop the creature. Melee Island became a dead island. Any who enter there are never seen by the living again, but are doomed to wander the island enslaved to the monster!
